During treatment, a number of different techniques will be applied, depending on the injury, including Range of Movement tests, Soft Tissue Release (STR), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Trigger Point Techniques, Connective Tissue Massage (CTM), Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques (MET)

 

 

Therapeutic Massage

Stretch & Strengthen Class

 

Week 1   Neck & Shoulders

Week 2   Hip Flexibility (Legs, Glutes & Lower Back)

Week 3   Legs & Upper Back

Week 4   Arms/Wrist, Ankle & Foot and Trunk 

Week 5   Full Body Stretch

 

Class cost    -    £20 for all 5 classes. Every monday @ 6pm, Health for life Chiropractic, 56 Montrose Terrace, Edinburgh

 

Taping & Strapping

All Taping & Strapping   -  £5

 

 

Personal Training

60 min Session   -  £35

 

1st session will include taking measurements of major muscle groups and Range of Movement tests. Also, a personalised stretching routine will be included, including sports specific stretches.
