Sports Massage Edinburgh was established by Adrian Vahey in 2009. Based in Edinburgh, Adrian provides services covering the whole Edinburgh Area.

After completing a Degree in Recreation & Leisure, from the Institute of Technology Sligo, Ireland, Adrian worked in a number of summer camps in Spain teaching a wide range of sporting activites and managing large numbers of kids that came to the camps. He also taught English as a TEFL teacher during his time in Spain.

After returning to Ireland, Adrian trained to become a Sports Therapist.

He received the following qualifications:

• The National Diploma in Athletic Strength & Conditioning
• The National Diploma in Personal Training, Health Management & Team Fitness
• The National Certificate in Swiss Ball Instruction
• The National Certificate in Sports First Aid
• Diploma in Sports Injuries (ITEC)
• Diploma in Physcial Therapy (ITEC)

Adrian has a great deal of experience having worked with football teams in his native Ireland, successfully treating numerous injuries, both sport related & injuries from daily routine.
